Which package is right for me?

Just getting started? Hook & Sinker — this package — is the easiest way in: entry-level, budget-friendly, and a great taste of what we can do.

Already shot a walkthrough you're not thrilled with? Hook & Sinker wraps it in a scroll-stopping hook and premium editing to pull more attention to the listing.

Want the full experience? Step up to Kitchen Sink — a premium video built from the ground up, with hooks, premium editing and every finishing touch included. The name says it all: everything, plus the kitchen sink. It's our flagship, and the package most clients love.

How does the process work?

Simple: 1. You send your assets (photos, videos — anything you have regarding the listing). 2. We produce your video. 3. You review it. 4. We deliver the final files, ready to post. It's all remote, and most Hook & Sinker videos are ready in 2–3 days.

What exactly do you need to make the video?

All we need are the assets for your listing:

The listing images
Any walkthrough videos you have
Any other material about the listing — the more, the better

What quality of photos or videos do you need?

As long as it's clear, we can work with almost anything — professional photos, phone photos, even phone footage (we've made plenty of great videos from phone clips). It doesn't need to be high resolution; it just needs to be clear, not too dark, and to properly show what you want the video to feature.

Can you brand the video and feature me in it?

Absolutely. Your video can be branded to you — and it can feature your own face and your own voice, so the listing is unmistakably yours.

Do you charge extra for the agent to be in the video?

No — we don't charge extra to feature the real estate agent in the video. We'll just need their voice and images so we can add them in.

Do you add voiceover and music?

Yes to both. We can add a voiceover in your actual voice — all we need is a short voice sample and we handle the rest. And we can score your video with music, whether that's a licensed track or royalty-free.

How many rounds of revision do I get?

Hook & Sinker includes one round of revisions, so we can fine-tune the final cut.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Not for Hook & Sinker — though at a 2–3 day turnaround, it's already quick. Need it faster? Our Kitchen Sink package offers a two-day rush for an extra $60.

Which locations are you available in?

All of them. We work internationally — all we need are the assets for the listing, and we'll make the video for you. We never need to physically visit the property's location.
